# PracticeDilly vs GHome

The clearest difference is review sentiment: PracticeDilly at 100% against GHome's 35%. GHome's advantage is ratings volume (80K vs 8) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GHome holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GHome has 80K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of PracticeDilly's written reviews are positive against 35% of GHome's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PracticeDilly ships an update every 2 months, GHome monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
