# Academia.edu vs Mindflow

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Mindflow at 100% against Academia.edu's 74%. Mindflow also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Academia.edu's advantage is ratings volume (17K vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
