# Droplr vs Helpwise

The clearest difference is rating: Droplr at 3.8 against Helpwise's 2.4. Droplr also leads on ratings volume (32 vs 7). Helpwise's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 15 months) and monetization model (free vs freemium). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Droplr holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 2.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 32 and 7 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of Droplr's written reviews are positive against 33% of Helpwise's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Droplr ships an update every 15 months, Helpwise every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
