# MindFlow vs BigPaper

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MindFlow at 69% against BigPaper's 27%. MindFlow also leads on rating (4.4 vs 4.0) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). BigPaper's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 17 months). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MindFlow sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and BigPaper sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MindFlow holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 33 and 17 respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 69% of MindFlow's written reviews are positive against 27% of BigPaper's.

MindFlow ships an update every 17 months, BigPaper every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
