# SmartPass Mobile vs I.S. 254

SmartPass Mobile and I.S. 254 both sit at 2.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of I.S. 254's written reviews are positive against 27% of SmartPass Mobile's. SmartPass Mobile's advantage is ratings volume (1.5K vs 11) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

I.S. 254 holds the better App Store score, 3.1 against 2.9.
