# MGM+ vs Hot 2100

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Hot 2100 at none against MGM+'s 10. MGM+'s advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (90K vs 3). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MGM+ sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Hot 2100 asks for nothing beyond the download.

Hot 2100 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MGM+ has 90K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MGM+ ships an update fortnightly, Hot 2100 every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
