# Tower Pizza vs ManhattanNow

Tower Pizza and ManhattanNow both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Tower Pizza's written reviews are positive against 31% of ManhattanNow's. Tower Pizza also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). ManhattanNow's advantage is update cadence (every 4 months vs every 60 months) and ratings volume (2.3K vs 2). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Tower Pizza holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ManhattanNow has 2.3K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Tower Pizza's written reviews are positive against 31% of ManhattanNow's.

Tower Pizza ships an update every 60 months, ManhattanNow every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
