# Planit vs Vaia

Planit and Vaia both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Planit's written reviews are positive against 81% of Vaia's. Planit also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.0). Vaia's advantage is ratings volume (1.6K vs 58). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Planit sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.49 per year and Vaia sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Planit against 4.7 for Vaia. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Vaia has 1.6K ratings behind it against 58, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Planit's written reviews are positive against 81% of Vaia's.
