# 4k Wallpapers, Widgets vs iWallpaper

The clearest difference is ratings volume: 4k Wallpapers, Widgets at 28K against iWallpaper's 15. 4k Wallpapers, Widgets also leads on rating (4.5 vs 4.3). iWallpaper's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 46%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 4k Wallpapers, Widgets sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and iWallpaper sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

4k Wallpapers, Widgets holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 4k Wallpapers, Widgets has 28K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of 4k Wallpapers, Widgets's written reviews are positive against 67% of iWallpaper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
