# ActivePrint Encryption vs ROL

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: ActivePrint Encryption at 15.6 against ROL's 17.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ActivePrint Encryption sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 3 months and ROL sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
