# Grace & Form vs Mobility Coach

The clearest difference is ads: Grace & Form at none against Mobility Coach's shown. Grace & Form also leads on review sentiment (73% vs 62%). Mobility Coach's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and rating (4.2 vs 3.9). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Grace & Form sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Mobility Coach sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mobility Coach holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mobility Coach has 142 ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Grace & Form's written reviews are positive against 62% of Mobility Coach's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Grace & Form ships an update every 2 months, Mobility Coach every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
