# Tether Mobile vs Speed Test & Wifi Analyzer +

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Tether Mobile at 100% against Speed Test & Wifi Analyzer +'s 19%. Tether Mobile also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 8). Speed Test & Wifi Analyzer +'s advantage is rating (4.4 vs 2.0) and ratings volume (24K vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Speed Test & Wifi Analyzer + sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Tether Mobile asks for nothing beyond the download.

Speed Test & Wifi Analyzer + holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Speed Test & Wifi Analyzer + has 24K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Tether Mobile's written reviews are positive against 19% of Speed Test & Wifi Analyzer +'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
