# REDEVIDA vs Virtual TV

The clearest difference is update cadence: REDEVIDA at every 4 months against Virtual TV's every 25 months. Virtual TV's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

REDEVIDA ships an update every 4 months, Virtual TV every 25 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
