# Comrex FieldTap vs NFL Events

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Comrex FieldTap at 50% against NFL Events's 0%. NFL Events's advantage is rating (3.5 vs 3.1) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NFL Events holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 3.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 11 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Comrex FieldTap's written reviews are positive against 0% of NFL Events's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Comrex FieldTap ships an update every 3 months, NFL Events every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
