# FixuTaxi vs OTAXI.

The clearest difference is rating: OTAXI. at 5.0 against FixuTaxi's 4.4. OTAXI. also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). FixuTaxi's advantage is review sentiment (40% vs 0%) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 8 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OTAXI. holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FixuTaxi has 33 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of FixuTaxi's written reviews are positive against 0% of OTAXI.'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FixuTaxi ships an update fortnightly, OTAXI. every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
