# D vs Evolve Baseball

The clearest difference is rating: Evolve Baseball at 5.0 against D's 2.8. D's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Evolve Baseball holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: D has 67 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

D ships an update every 6 weeks, Evolve Baseball every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
