# Global Dance Events vs AltitudePlus+

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Global Dance Events at 75% against AltitudePlus+'s 22%. Global Dance Events also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ads (none vs shown). AltitudePlus+'s advantage is rating (4.0 vs 3.5) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 7 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AltitudePlus+ sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.95 per month. Global Dance Events asks for nothing beyond the download.

AltitudePlus+ holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AltitudePlus+ has 3.1K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Global Dance Events's written reviews are positive against 22% of AltitudePlus+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Global Dance Events ships an update every 7 months, AltitudePlus+ every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
