# This Week vs My Simple Planner

The clearest difference is monetization model: My Simple Planner at free against This Week's free with in-app purchases. This Week's advantage is ratings volume (71 vs 8) and iOS requirement (11.2 vs 13.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for This Week against 5.0 for My Simple Planner. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: This Week has 71 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two.
