# everyday vs Sun Mapper

The clearest difference is review sentiment: everyday at 84% against Sun Mapper's 0%. everyday also leads on ratings volume (4.5K vs 1) and device support (4 vs 2). Sun Mapper's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. everyday sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $7.49 per month and Sun Mapper sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sun Mapper holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: everyday has 4.5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 84% of everyday's written reviews are positive against 0% of Sun Mapper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
