# RepTool vs Reptile Rocket

The clearest difference is rating: RepTool at 5.0 against Reptile Rocket's 4.3. RepTool also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2). Reptile Rocket's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 33%) and ratings volume (99 vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Reptile Rocket sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. RepTool asks for nothing beyond the download.

RepTool holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Reptile Rocket has 99 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of RepTool's written reviews are positive against 75% of Reptile Rocket's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RepTool ships an update monthly, Reptile Rocket every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
