The clearest difference is price: Doll Dancer at Free against おでかけAR's $2.99. Doll Dancer also leads on ratings volume (760 vs 1) and review sentiment (66% vs 50%). AR's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). On device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Doll Dancer is free to download; AR costs $2.99 up front. Doll Dancer sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. AR asks for nothing beyond the download.

AR holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Doll Dancer has 760 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of Doll Dancer's written reviews are positive against 50% of おでかけAR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
