# Troll Patrol vs PressNode

The clearest difference is update cadence: PressNode at every 4 days against Troll Patrol's every 2 weeks. Troll Patrol's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Troll Patrol sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and PressNode sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Troll Patrol ships an update every 2 weeks, PressNode every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
