# VO2 Max vs Slow Wave

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Slow Wave at none against VO2 Max's 3. Slow Wave also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). VO2 Max's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VO2 Max sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Slow Wave asks for nothing beyond the download.
