# Idiot Squad vs crossfacts

The clearest difference is update cadence: crossfacts at every 10 days against Idiot Squad's every 4 months. crossfacts also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Idiot Squad ships an update every 4 months, crossfacts every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
