# Prep Obsessed vs Dear Me Boutique

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Prep Obsessed at 1.9K against Dear Me Boutique's 50. Prep Obsessed also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Prep Obsessed against 4.8 for Dear Me Boutique. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Prep Obsessed has 1.9K ratings behind it against 50, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
