# Lefun Health vs MActivePro

The clearest difference is rating: Lefun Health at 4.1 against MActivePro's 3.3. Lefun Health also leads on review sentiment (51% vs 26%) and ratings volume (8.7K vs 371). MActivePro's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lefun Health sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and MActivePro sells 18 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lefun Health holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lefun Health has 8.7K ratings behind it against 371, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 51% of Lefun Health's written reviews are positive against 26% of MActivePro's.

Lefun Health ships an update monthly, MActivePro every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
