# Accelerate Plus vs Yippee TV

The clearest difference is monetization model: Accelerate Plus at free with in-app purchases against Yippee TV's subscription. Accelerate Plus also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). Yippee TV's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (3K vs 5). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Accelerate Plus sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Yippee TV sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Accelerate Plus holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Yippee TV has 3K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Accelerate Plus's written reviews are positive against 93% of Yippee TV's.

Accelerate Plus ships an update every 5 weeks, Yippee TV monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
