# Accelerate Plus vs ContinuouStatus

The clearest difference is rating: Accelerate Plus at 5.0 against ContinuouStatus's 4.0. Accelerate Plus also leads on ratings volume (5 vs 1). ContinuouStatus's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Accelerate Plus sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and ContinuouStatus sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Accelerate Plus holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Accelerate Plus has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Accelerate Plus ships an update every 5 weeks, ContinuouStatus every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
