# Huebsch vs Prayer Times with Widgets

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Huebsch at none against Prayer Times with Widgets's 1. Huebsch also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (8.1K vs 19). Prayer Times with Widgets's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 69%) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Prayer Times with Widgets sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Huebsch asks for nothing beyond the download.

Huebsch holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Huebsch has 8.1K ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of Huebsch's written reviews are positive against 100% of Prayer Times with Widgets's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Huebsch ships an update every 3 weeks, Prayer Times with Widgets every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
