# HRZN vs Pocket Xpan

The clearest difference is price: HRZN at Free against Pocket Xpan's $1.99. HRZN also leads on review sentiment (79% vs 50%) and ratings volume (62 vs 1). Pocket Xpan's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and in-app purchases (none vs 5). On update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

HRZN is free to download; Pocket Xpan costs $1.99 up front. HRZN sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Pocket Xpan asks for nothing beyond the download.

Pocket Xpan holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HRZN has 62 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of HRZN's written reviews are positive against 50% of Pocket Xpan's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
