# Viettel Post vs VNPT SmartCA

The clearest difference is rating: Viettel Post at 4.5 against VNPT SmartCA's 2.1. Viettel Post also leads on ratings volume (2.4K vs 20) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 4 weeks). VNPT SmartCA's advantage is review sentiment (45% vs 9%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Viettel Post holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Viettel Post has 2.4K ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 9% of Viettel Post's written reviews are positive against 45% of VNPT SmartCA's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Viettel Post ships an update every 5 days, VNPT SmartCA every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
