# Tîp vs 2split

The clearest difference is update cadence: 2split at every 3 weeks against Tîp's every 6 months. 2split also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Tîp ships an update every 6 months, 2split every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
