# Solar System Builder AR vs DIY Solar System

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: DIY Solar System at none against Solar System Builder AR's 1. Solar System Builder AR's advantage is ratings volume (194 vs 16). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Solar System Builder AR sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. DIY Solar System asks for nothing beyond the download.

Solar System Builder AR holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Solar System Builder AR has 194 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 94% of Solar System Builder AR's written reviews are positive against 100% of DIY Solar System's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
