The clearest difference is ratings volume: XPT Life® at 894 against LucentDream's 2. On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. XPT Life® sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and LucentDream sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
