# Quize vs NX Play

The clearest difference is rating: NX Play at 5.0 against Quize's 4.5. NX Play also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Quize's advantage is ratings volume (196 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NX Play holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Quize has 196 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Quize ships an update fortnightly, NX Play every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
