# Real PTE vs Lume Test

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Lume Test at 100% against Real PTE's 19%. Lume Test also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Real PTE sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Lume Test sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Real PTE ships an update monthly, Lume Test fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
