The clearest difference is ads: Biblical Hebrew at none against Write It! Hebrew's shown. Write It! Hebrew's advantage is ratings volume (2K vs 42) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Write It! Hebrew sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Biblical Hebrew sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
