# Hy vs Ridges Golf

The clearest difference is rating: Ridges Golf at 4.8 against Hy's 4.2. Ridges Golf also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). Hy's advantage is ratings volume (20K vs 23). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
