# ONYX Touchless Fingerprinting vs xTool Creative Space

The clearest difference is rating: xTool Creative Space at 4.7 against ONYX Touchless Fingerprinting's 3.8. xTool Creative Space also leads on ratings volume (1.2K vs 4) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 5 months). ONYX Touchless Fingerprinting's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 38%) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

xTool Creative Space holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: xTool Creative Space has 1.2K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of ONYX Touchless Fingerprinting's written reviews are positive against 38% of xTool Creative Space's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
