# Typing Rush Master vs Type Speed

The clearest difference is monetization model: Type Speed at free against Typing Rush Master's free with in-app purchases. Type Speed also leads on rating (4.4 vs 4.1). Typing Rush Master's advantage is ratings volume (488 vs 13) and iOS requirement (10.3 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Typing Rush Master sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Type Speed sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Type Speed holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Typing Rush Master has 488 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two.
