# YPF App vs Appointia

The clearest difference is monetization model: Appointia at free against YPF App's free with in-app purchases. Appointia also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and device support (3 vs 1). YPF App's advantage is ratings volume (3.6K vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Appointia holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: YPF App has 3.6K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
