# Parler vs Wavepoint

The clearest difference is rating: Wavepoint at 4.5 against Parler's 3.9. Parler's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (175 vs 8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Parler sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Wavepoint sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Wavepoint holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Parler has 175 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Parler ships an update every 6 days, Wavepoint every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
