# ADAMAS vs 585Gold

The clearest difference is ratings volume: 585Gold at 54 against ADAMAS's 2. 585Gold also leads on review sentiment (29% vs 15%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). ADAMAS's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ADAMAS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 585Gold has 54 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of ADAMAS's written reviews are positive against 29% of 585Gold's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
