# Evoday vs SmartScroll

Evoday and SmartScroll both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 90% of Evoday's written reviews are positive against 33% of SmartScroll's. Evoday also leads on ratings volume (1.4K vs 6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Evoday sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and SmartScroll sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Evoday against 4.8 for SmartScroll. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Evoday has 1.4K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 90% of Evoday's written reviews are positive against 33% of SmartScroll's.

Evoday ships an update every 10 days, SmartScroll every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
