# Platinum Workforce vs Smart

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Platinum Workforce at none against Smart's 2. Smart's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (9.1 vs 12.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Smart sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Platinum Workforce asks for nothing beyond the download.

Platinum Workforce ships an update every 3 months, Smart every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
