# 5 vs Kids Chronicles

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 5 at none against Kids Chronicles's 1. 5 also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (52 vs 10). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kids Chronicles sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. 5 asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 3.4 for 5 against 3.3 for Kids Chronicles.
