# HowToBBQRightApp vs Griddle Guide

The clearest difference is rating: HowToBBQRightApp at 4.6 against Griddle Guide's 3.9. HowToBBQRightApp also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). Griddle Guide's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 months) and review sentiment (67% vs 51%). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

HowToBBQRightApp holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HowToBBQRightApp has 416 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of HowToBBQRightApp's written reviews are positive against 67% of Griddle Guide's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
