# CATLINK vs PetTech

The clearest difference is update cadence: CATLINK at weekly against PetTech's every 7 months. CATLINK also leads on rating (2.8 vs 2.4). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CATLINK holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 2.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 94 and 61 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 28% of CATLINK's written reviews are positive against 31% of PetTech's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CATLINK ships an update weekly, PetTech every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
