# Colliers Connect vs REALMmlp

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Colliers Connect at 75% against REALMmlp's 10%. Colliers Connect also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). REALMmlp's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (20 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

REALMmlp holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: REALMmlp has 20 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Colliers Connect's written reviews are positive against 10% of REALMmlp's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Colliers Connect ships an update every 3 weeks, REALMmlp every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
