# Edmingle Learn vs RiseGuide

The clearest difference is review sentiment: RiseGuide at 85% against Edmingle Learn's 20%. RiseGuide also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (20K vs 1). Edmingle Learn's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 5) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RiseGuide sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Edmingle Learn asks for nothing beyond the download.

Edmingle Learn holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RiseGuide has 20K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of Edmingle Learn's written reviews are positive against 85% of RiseGuide's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Edmingle Learn ships an update monthly, RiseGuide every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
